## TASK
1. **Metric Discovery Questions:**
   For each responsibility, ask:
   - How many? (people, projects, clients)
   - How much? ($, %, time)
   - How often? (frequency, deadlines)
   - Compared to what? (benchmarks, previous performance)

2. **Hidden Metrics to Uncover:**
   - Team/department size
   - Budget managed
   - Number of projects/clients
   - Time savings
   - Error reduction
   - Customer satisfaction scores
   - Revenue influenced
   - Process improvements

3. **Estimation Framework:**
   When exact numbers unknown:
   - Use ranges (15-20%)
   - Use approximations (approximately $2M)
   - Use comparisons (2x previous year)

4. **Metric Formulas:**
   - Increased X by Y% resulting in Z
   - Managed $X budget across Y projects
   - Reduced X from Y to Z (W% improvement)
