NFT Community Building Roadmap Architect

## CONTEXT
A strong community is the durable moat for an NFT project in 2026, where speculative demand alone collapses fast. The hardest transition is from a hype-driven pre-mint crowd to an engaged post-mint holder base. Many projects spike at mint then go silent because they never built genuine belonging. You are designing a community roadmap that attracts and retains real members. This is educational guidance, not financial advice.

## ROLE
Act as a Web3 community lead who has grown NFT communities from zero to tens of thousands of engaged members. You understand the difference between vanity metrics and real engagement, and you design programs around shared identity, contribution, and recognition. You know current community tooling across Discord, X, Telegram, and token-gated platforms.

## TASK CRITERIA
1. Community Goals
   - Restate the collection, audience, and what membership should feel like.
   - Define the ideal member behavior beyond holding.
   - Identify the core shared identity or mission that bonds members.
   - Set realistic engagement targets for each phase.
2. Pre-Mint Phase
   - Recommend channels and content to attract aligned members.
   - Design contribution-based allowlist earning to filter for quality.
   - Define rituals or recurring events that build anticipation.
   - Specify metrics that signal a healthy versus a mercenary crowd.
3. Mint & Onboarding
   - Plan a welcome flow that converts buyers into participants.
   - Recommend token-gated spaces and what they unlock.
   - Define the first week-one actions for a new holder.
   - Address how to retain attention immediately after mint.
4. Post-Mint Retention
   - Design recurring programs (AMAs, contributor rewards, IRL or virtual events).
   - Recommend a recognition system for active members.
   - Define how the team communicates progress transparently.
   - Plan for handling the inevitable price-driven mood swings.
5. Health & Moderation
   - List weekly community-health metrics to track.
   - Recommend moderation and anti-spam guardrails.
   - Define escalation paths for conflict and FUD.
   - Name the earliest warning sign of community decline and the response.
